My Story

I nearly died — three times. Then I rebuilt everything.

Addisonian crisis. Hashimoto’s. Autoimmune conditions that put me on a transplant list. I walked away from an $8.8 million business because my body was shutting down — and conventional medicine had no answers.

I spent years learning what no one teaches us: how to read the language of our own hormones. Today at 56, my metabolic age is 42, my biological age is 28, and I’ve helped hundreds of women reverse conditions they were told were permanent.
